During 2014 Ian M0IRD and Iain M0PCB will be making more of an effort to get on the VHF bands in the UKAC series.
This was an all time record for both operators with 59 QSOs, all in England but over 11 squares. Running 50W from an Icom IC-7100 into a 9 element Tonna yagi up around 5 to 6m above ground. We were operating from a spot in IO81VT. Not the highest point around but very good and easy to access.
